Types of wispy lashes

Wispy classic lashes
If you’re bored with traditional classic lash, just add length to your lash line, A set of classic wispy lashes is your go-to. Wispy classic lashes are done by applying individual lashes of different lengths to your natural lashes. They look more fluffy and feathery and add lengths to your lash set. As its name suggests, wispy volume lashes are created using volume fans. The general concept and idea remain the same (i.e: you want to add spikes to your lash map to achieve the wispy effect). However, instead of using individual lash strands to make spikes, we use close-volume fans. For Wispy volume set, when it come to choosing spikes, there’s two types you need to consider

The toughest challenge is determining the ideal lengths and the location to put spikes, so the lashes look even. Additionally, you must determine how much weight your client’s lashes can support before mapping out a design that matches their eyes.
Wispy lash extensions are done in 2 layers. First is Spikes and Second is the rest ( it can be individual lashes or fans depending on the type you want to achieve)
- First layer: Spikes
For wispy lash extensions, Spikes are the soul. To achieve a perfect wet look, you need to know how to make spikes and where to put them onto the lash line.
Spikes are 2-3 mm longer than the main layer. They can be either individual lashes (for Classic and Hybrid) or closed fans (for Wispy volume). There are typically 7-10 spikes per eye. Lash artists usually put 1-2 thick individual lashes or closed fans to make a spike so that when one extension is shed off, the other one will fill in the gap.
In most cases, Individual lashes come in the lengths of 10mm to 20mm, thickness of 0.07mm to 0.10mm and curls of C, CC,D, which are the most popular curls used while creating these trending lashes. You can replace Individual lashes with Ellipse Flat lashes, which is lighter than the classic one yet remain fuller.
