Ethyl cyanoacrylate
Ethyl cyanoacrylate is a type of cyanoacrylate that is commonly used in eyelash extension glue. Cyanoacrylate makes the extensions adhere and stay bonded with the natural lashes. It appears as a liquid from the start, but when exposed to the humidity in the air, it hardens into a solid form.
Ethoxy Ethyl Cyanoacrylate
Ethoxy Ethyl Cyanoacrylate is a safe and low-fume substance, used in small amounts to add color to adhesives, especially when combined with carbon black. This formulation can significantly reduce irritation, promoting enhanced comfort during the lash application process.
PMMA
PMMA is an acrylic polymer added to eyelash extension glue to increase its viscosity, giving it a thicker consistency. 6. How to Use Blink Bond
This product is for professional use only, DO NOT use it for self-application, strips or cluster lashes. It is highly recommended for classic technique and all types of lash extensions:
- Remove the cap and position the glue pin in the nozzle.
- Shake the container vigorously for 1 minute to ensure thorough blending of all ingredients.
- Dispense an adequate amount of the desired glue onto the lash jade stone.
- Pick up a small bead of glue on the extension and promptly place it onto the natural lash. Avoid painting or swiping.
- After each use, burp the adhesive to prevent the formation of air bubbles.

8. Caution
- Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
- Keep out of reach and sight of children.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, avoid forcing your eyes open. Rinse eyes with water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor. If there’s skin contact, rinse the affected area with water and seek medical help.
- Do not inhale the fumes. If inhaled, move to a well-ventilated area. Seek medical assistance if symptoms persist.
- Note that fumes from lash extension adhesive may trigger allergic reactions in certain individuals.
- Some customers may have sensitivity to chemicals, potentially causing an allergic reaction to the glue. Thorough counseling is essential before the actual extension procedure. Always conduct a patch test on your client 24-48 hours prior to treatment. For the allergy test, apply a small amount of glue on the back of their ears or observe for any allergic reactions after 20-30 minutes from the test eyelash extensions (approximately 5-6 lashes).
