PROCESS OF SAMPLE ORDER
TRANSIT TIME
3-5 days. If delivery is delayed we shall inform you but we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery, save that if we do not deliver within the said delivery periods, we shall refund you the paid purchase price upon request. If delivery cannot be made to your chosen delivery address, you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Step 1. Sample list (up to 10 pcs)
Please send us your sample lIst, including items (curl, thickness,length, quantity), if have.If the sample list is above 10 pcs, it will be charged triple quoted price from the 11th one.
Step 2. Receiver’s information
Please send your receiver’s information (Your name, address, telephone, postal code/zip code) for checking the delivery fee. Data protection is of highest priority for us so your personal information will not be shown to any third party and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed.
Step 3. Quotation and Confirmation
CharmLash will quote and make the invoice according to the Sample order list and destination for delivering. We will send it for you to confirm. Please feel free to ask us if you have any other questions.
Step 4. Shipping
UPS, DHL, Fedex or local forwarder is asked upon your request.
Step 5. Payment
Payment for all Products must be made by bank transfer, Western bUnion, PayPal or or by any other payment options specified in our website.
Step 6. Lead time
We will proceed with the samples order as soon as possible after receiving the payment. It will normally take 5-7 business days to customize your samples.
Step 7. Delivery
The receiver will be informed of the tracking number to trace on the system of the carrier.
Step 8. Feedback
Your sample will be followed up until delivered. And we are happy to receive your feedback about the products. Looking forward to working with you soon.
