
I. Introducing CharmLash’s distributor incentive policy
To kick off 2026, today we are bringing new distributor incentive policies to the table for all of you. CharmLash’s incentive policy program is structured into distinct tiers based on annual purchase volume, offering a range of financial and marketing benefits.
1. Tier thresholds & quick matrix
Annual volume is calculated on all products, excluding freight, taxes, and service fees. This applies to lashes with 16 lines, adhesives, and liquids.

2. Marketing & advertising support (Program A)
To help promote the brand in local territories, CharmLash co-funds marketing budgets for higher-tier distributors.
- Coverage: Meta, Google, TikTok ads, KOLs, events, and print.
- Reimbursement: Up to 50% of approved media spend, capped by the tier limit.
- Validity: Budgets are valid per calendar year and do not roll over.
3. Annual rebate scheme (Program B)
Distributors are rewarded for long-term commitment through year-end rebates granted as credit notes for future orders.
- Eligibility: Distributors must have no overdue payments.
- Calculation: Based on annual net purchase value after discounts.
4. Birthday discounts & loyalty points (Program C)
- Birthday month: A one-time discount per year, ranging from 3% to 10% based on tier.
- Loyalty points: Earned on all eligible purchases.
- Redemption: 1,000 points = $10 credit.
- Expiration: Points expire after 24 months.

5. Stock rotation policy (Program D)
Designed for Silver Tier and above, this reduces inventory risk for CharmLash-branded products.
- Allowance: Once per quarter, distributors can request to rotate up to 7% of their previous quarter’s purchase volume.
- Conditions: Items must be unopened, have a good shelf life, and be free of local stickers.

6. RRP & MAP guidelines (Program E)
To protect margins, CharmLash sets a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
- Policy: Distributors may sell above RRP but must not publicly advertise below MAP (usually 80-85% of RRP).
- Enforcement: Violations may lead to suspension of promo support or temporary stops on supply.
7. Lead sharing & channel protection (Program F)
Official Distributors receive strong channel preference in their territories.
- Lead routing: B2B inquiries from a specific territory are routed primarily to the official distributor.
- Territory integrity: CharmLash avoids signing conflicting B2B agreements in the same segment/territory.

8. New distributor launch pack (Program G)
For the first 90 days, new distributors receive extra support:
- Extra discount: An additional 2-3% on top of standard pricing.
- Sample & POSM Kit: Complimentary brochures, catalogues, and display materials.
- Freight support: Coverage of 30-50% of shipping costs for the first consolidated order.

9. Event & exhibition support (Program H)
CharmLash supports workshops, lash championships, and trade shows for Gold Tier and above.
- Annual support limits: Gold ($300), Platinum ($500), Diamond ($1,000).
- Types of support: Branding materials, product sponsorship, and financial co-funding (up to 50% of costs).
Approval: A proposal must be submitted at least 60 days before the event.

II. How to become a CharmLash Distributor?
CharmLash is committed to the success of our brand and our distributors. Our goal is to offer distributorships to the most qualified people in each market and establish long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships with our distributors. CharmLash distributors will enjoy exclusive representation of CharmLash products in the authorized territory and the most competitive wholesale prices from CharmLash. CharmLash takes pride in setting high standards for its authorized representatives. We seek individuals and/or businesses that meet all three of the following qualifications and are dedicated to promoting and distributing CharmLash products.
- The prospective distributor must have experience in selling the products of interest and must have a local office in the target territory.
- The prospective distributor must register with us to acquire distributor user rights and the agreed discount.
- The prospective distributor must meet the mutually agreed annual sales quota. CharmLash reserves the right to adjust the sales quota annually based on market demands. CharmLash will work with its prospective distributors for a trial period of 6 months to develop specific regional markets. This arrangement gives both parties the flexibility to learn about each other’s capabilities, establish trust, and evaluate the sales potential for CharmLash products in the local market. Upon meeting all the above three qualifications within the trial period, the potential distributor will be appointed a CharmLash distributor with a binding contract.
The newly appointed distributor will be evaluated annually against the qualification requirements stated in the contract. The distributorship will be renewed if qualifications are maintained. If the distributor fails to fulfill the requirements as stated in the contract, the distributorship will be reassessed for possible termination.
