5-7 business days. CharmLash is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages caused by courier. Please note that any import duties or other customs related taxes are not included in the product or shipping prices. CharmLash is not responsible for these charges, you as the buyer are responsible. For more information, please contact your country’s relevant authority to inform yourself about any changes.
1. Order list
Please send us your order list with specific items (curl, thickness, size, quantity, packaging, tape…)
2. Logo Design, private labels
Please send us your logo’s design in high solution and then we will quote the printing fee of labels based on your requirements. The design fee of private labels will be FREE in the first three times.
3. Confirmation of order list
We will ask you one confirmation of order list by email after agreed
4. Lead time
Add on: Lead time will be discussed in detail during peak season.
For:
- 1000 trays: will take 6 business days (plus 6 business days if mixed lengths)
- 2000 trays: will take 10 business days (plus 7 business days if mixed lengths)
- 3000 trays: will take 2 business week (plus 10 business days if mixed lengths)
5. Shipping
Shipping cost will be changed by the increase or decrease of fuel surcharge at the shipping date. However, we will inform you the estimated shipping cost at the ordered date.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE WITH A COMPETITIVE SHIPPING RATE via UPS, FedEx and DHL or local forwarder is asked upon your request.
6. Payment
50% order payment is paid in advance (TT) and the remaining balance is paid before shipping (TT) – can be sent via Western Union, Bank Transfer, Money Gram, Korona Pay if agreed upon.
Packing List, Packing Slip, Commercial Invoice and CO is provided before shipping.
7. Production
We will proceed the Production as soon as we receive the deposit/payment.
8. CANCELLATIONS
Order cannot be canceled after the deposit is paid in advance.
You can still change the items in the order list private labels 48 hours after the deposit is paid.
9. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT QUANTILES DELIVERED
If you receive products that are damaged/defective or have been delivered short of the quantities you ordered because of our fault, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Products for exchange must be
returned to CharmLash within 30 days of delivery.
If this is caused by courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, local forwarders…), CharmLash will not take responsibility for this.
Please inform us of any possible errors/ incorrect details within the first 14 days of delivery.
10. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the products to us for any reason.
